Flexible/Health Spending Accounts (FSAs)
PharmaCare’s retail pharmacy locations accept all flex/health spending accounts (FSAs). If you participate in one of these accounts, through your
employer’s cafeteria plan, you may present your Flexcard for qualified item purchases. You will receive a detailed receipt showing each item that
qualified for your plan, plus the total amount deducted from the card. It’s that easy! No paper claims to have to complete when you shop at PharmaCare.

Customer Services - Delivery / Mail Order
Did you know that PharmaCare offers delivery service Monday through Friday (excluding observed holidays) between the hours of
10am and 6pm. Deliveries are made within the Cumberland and Frostburg city limits and select surrounding areas. A nominal fee
may be applied to deliveries outside of the service area.
Additionally, PharmaCare can mail your prescription refills to you if you live out of the
local delivery area. PharmaCare's mail order service
is also ideal for our customers who travel, or for those who head south for the winter. Stop by any of our pharmacy locations to learn
more about these services.
Community Specialty Pharmacy Network (CSPN)
PharmaCare is a participant with Community Specialty Pharmacy Network (CSPN). This network of pharmacies provide a unique distribution
channel which allows immediate availability of critically required specialty medication, delivered by compassionate, highly competent professionals.
Our comprehensive approach in managing our patients’ multiple disease states improves their outcomes, resulting in the reduction of costs
over the term of their illness. Our goal is to achieve optimal patient outcomes through compliance and the delivery of individualized
medication therapy management in an environment that both contains costs and maximizes patient satisfaction and adherence.
Today’s patients shouldn’t be forced to receive their specialty pharmaceuticals by mail. It leads to less compliance and greater
cost and loss for the insurance payors and manufacturers. Patients who are managing complicated drug regimens need personalized,
professional care that extends beyond the hospital and impacts their daily lives.
We work closely with physicians to ensure proper drug selection, dosing, compliance, and outcomes. They monitor a patient’s
complete medical history for adverse drug interactions, drug duplications, and adverse side effects.
Our pharmacy offers specialized pharmacy care for patients diagnosed with chronic illnesses such as (but not limited to):
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- Crohn's Disease
- Deep Vein Thrombosis
- Gaucher's Disease
- Hepatitis C
- HIV/AIDS
- Infertility
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Oncology
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Transplant
- Ulcerative Colitis
